Our local quilting ladies are putting their gifts to work by creating handmade quilts for children in need through Sleep in Heavenly Peace and for our graduating seniors. These quilts are more than fabric and thread - they are reminders to each person that they are seen, loved, and valued.

We make quilts to congratulate our high school seniors on their accomplishment. We present them during worship the Sunday before they graduate.
Sleep in Heavenly Peace
52 quilts were made by many ladies from the Platte/Geddes area at Trinity Lutheran church. What an awesome project for kids who have to sleep on the floor. Many chapters in SD make beds for these kids & we make the quilts. Many hands make many quilts.
